Vaad Tov

Vaad Tov Web App is a Web based system designed for a building holdings company based in Israel, designated to address all of the issues between the residents, their building comity and the building holdings company.

The system includes Two main sections, the Apartment management side and the Social side (both private for each building), as well as a fully custom management system to oversight the system. The system runs Laravel under the hood, leveraging smart queueing techniques, full Building separation and a user roles system to get the everything done.

The apartment management side Includes, a payment system to pay monthly/Yearly building fees, Open and track services calls, review the building budget, see it’s recommended service providers, and pay for special buildings projects.

The Social side includes a forum to discuss any relevant issues between residents, a sales board and a special benefits page exclusive to the building residents.
